DIY easy to do for the holiday season

DIY easy to do for the holiday season

Whether you live alone or have a large family, I would like to invite you to slow down just a little ... the time to create memories this year.

Through the rush of last-minute shopping, dishes to prepare, presents to pack we forget to have a little fun. The following do-it-yourself projects do not require a lot of time or a big budget, but they will fill you up with the magic of the holidays.

Christmas wreath reinvented
Of Scandinavian inspiration this arrangement is a real blow of heart for me, as much for its beauty as for its realization which is really accessible to all.

What could be easier than to find a branch, to fix some greenery there and then to tie three ropes of jute at the ends to hang it on the wall.
Starry Garland
Start by cutting stars in cardboard.

Tip: Use a cookie cutter to trace a perfect shape.

Then pass each star to the sewing machine leaving a space between them. Hang them together on a small nail for a shooting stars effect!
Reindeer labels made by hand
Here is the DIY to make with your cabbage tips or with your own inner child.

Labels made with finger paint or felt pencil and a collage of papers cut from the newspaper or old magazines or print your words on parchment paper. These unique works would make a nice gift for a teacher, babysitter or grandparents!
Scandinavian Crown (ready in 30 minutes!)
Always beauty in simplicity.

You need a hoop of brass metal that can be found in craft shops. You attach a branch of eucalyptus with brass wire. The small pale wood ornaments hang from a two-tone cotton twine. A simple knot tied at the base completes the whole thing
Winter scene in a drawer
Like a story in 3 dimensions. This beautiful winter scene is mounted in an old drawer with what you will have on hand, small characters, branches, firs, small cars etc. You can also do this DIY in any box!

You could even get a box of clementines that you took care to dye.

With that, I wish you happy holidays filled with love!
